Phase 4: Permits and Permissions

Following design finalization, we handle all necessary permits and permissions. The timeline for this phase varies by country and includes selecting and contracting the appropriate builders and contractors for the project.

Phase 5: Project Management

With all permissions in place, project construction begins. We establish our fees based on the project’s scope and location, typically as a percentage of the total cost.

Contractual and Operational Protocols

• Contracts and Control: To maintain strict oversight and ensure alignment with your interests, contracts are signed at the onset of each phase. You have the flexibility to discontinue our services at any point without impacting project continuity.
• Ownership and Independence: You will retain full ownership of all aspects of the project, including the designs and the corporate entity under which the property is registered. All permits are issued in the name of your corporation, reinforcing the security of your investment.
